Hi everyone!
I'm excited to share with you this new romance-focused blog, The Girl with the Happily Ever Afters. Don't worry, I'm not quitting Nereyda at Nick & Nereyda's Infinite Booklist, but after much thought I have decided to relaunch my old blog as this new one for 2 major reasons.
It's come to my realization that the primary audience on Nick & Nereyda's Infinite Booklist is undeniably readers interested in YA books. This was clear in the staggering differences in stats when I posted my adult/romance book reviews. I decided that maybe a blog with a more romance focus and letting the other blog being more YA-focused was probably a better idea, so that I'm not bothering you with my "bodice rippers" (as my good friend Kelly says). :) I like the idea of having a more romance-based audience so that my interactions can be stronger and more significant.
Secondly, quite simply I'm running out of days to post on the other blog. I read somewhere between 20-25 books a month and since Nereyda and I divide up the week, I only have 8 days in a month to publish reviews. That's a lot of books that I don't end up reviewing and it makes me sad because I really do enjoy whipping up reviews for all the books!
So my primary blog is always going to be Nick & Nereyda's Infinite Booklist, but 2-3 times a week, I'll also be updating here with my adult books and other romance book recommendations. If romance is a genre that interests you, please do consider following me and share my button on your blog. I hope to discover more like-minded readers when it comes to romance and I'm excited!
